Online Credit Card Payment Policy


Cobra Contracting Pty Ltd t/a Cobra Training Services (CTS) provides the facility to book courses and pay invoices online through our website and via credit card using MasterCard® or Visa®.  All credit card details are collected and processed securely using SecurePay.  CTS does not copy or retain your credit card details; the transaction is processed by SecurePay. CTS is notified once a payment has been successfully processed. A credit card transaction fee is payable and will be calculated at 0.5% during the payment process.

After your payment has been successfully processed, you will automatically receive a credit card transaction receipt via email.  This comes from SecurePay, not from CTS.  This is your proof of payment.  Once we receive notification of your payment from SecurePay, we will apply the payment to your invoice on our system and a Paid Tax Invoice can be issued to you on request. Payment notifications from SecurePay are usually received within one (1) business day, however, please allow up to three (3) business days for your payment to be processed. 

Should you require a credit or refund for your booking, please see our Fees Credit/Refund Policy & Procedure for terms and conditions. If you are eligible for a course refund, the credit card transaction fee is 100% non-refundable.
